Health and Wellbeing

It’s OK not to be OK

At St. Anthony’s, we understand that mental health and emotional wellbeing are just as important as physical health. If you’re feeling upset, anxious, or overwhelmed, please know that you’re not alone — and support is always available.

You can speak to any adult in school, but we also have specially trained staff who are here to help you at any time.
