Library Services
At St. Anthony’s, our Library and Learning Resource Centre is a vibrant hub of discovery, offering every student the chance to explore, research, and enjoy a wide variety of resources in multiple formats.
Students have access to:
- Computers available at selected times
- DVDs in English and other languages
- Thousands of fiction and non-fiction books
Whether for academic support or personal enrichment, the LRC empowers students to broaden their horizons and deepen their learning.
Access & Membership
All students are automatically enrolled with the LRC upon joining Year 7. They are welcome to use the facilities during:
- Break times
- Selected lunchtimes
- After school sessions
Borrowing Books
- Students may borrow books for up to 2 weeks
- Sixth Form students may borrow textbooks for extended periods
- Regular book exchanges are encouraged to promote reading for pleasure and learning
Throughout the year, the LRC hosts themed displays, genre spotlights, and exciting competitions. Popular themes include:
- Fantasy
- Animals
- Romance
- Mystery
